**This certificate will be provided to the Registrar who will replace it with the Certificate for Burial or Cremation.
*We will assist you with completing these forms when we meet you on the arrangement appointment.

*We will assist you with completing these forms when we meet you on the arrangement appointment.

Any cremation documents will be collected and co-ordinated on your behalf by us. We will also ensure that the paperwork is then delivered to the crematorium within their strict deadlines. It is only after this process is completed that we are set to conduct the service.
